Global admins can review external applications, set organization defaults and per-app permissions, inspect connected users, and disable access from an updated External access page.

Updated console applies to eligible Enterprise and Edu tenants; member consent and provider permissions still apply. Material governance expansion of earlier sign-in and connected-app coverage, not automatic authorization of apps.
