Plus and Pro remove the fixed number-of-Sites limit
ChatGPT Plus and Pro users no longer face a fixed cap on the number of Sites they can create, although shared usage and storage limits still apply.
Rollout & details
October 15 dated ChatGPT release-note change, corroborated by the Sites guide. This expands earlier Sites coverage, not unlimited hosting or storage. Building and editing count toward Codex usage; reaching a shared limit can prevent creating another Site.
