Codex CLI adds immediate steering of running tasks
Codex CLI users can send a follow-up during a response to redirect the active turn immediately.

Codex CLI 0.163.0 dated October 15. Interrupting a turn also stops active Code Mode cells and their nested tool calls. Material client expansion beyond October 8 desktop steering; not an API-only feature. Other configuration, shortcut, maintenance, and bug-fix changes in this release are not separate Ledger entries.
