GPT-6.1 Sol Ultrafast launches in Work and Codex
Ultrafast mode is now available with GPT-6.1 Sol in ChatGPT Work and Codex for eligible accounts, providing faster token generation.

Available on Pro 500 and in eligible Enterprise and Edu workspaces. Enterprise access is off by default and must be enabled by a workspace owner. Pro 500 usage draws from the included allowance at 8 times the Standard rate, then from credits at 6 times the Standard credit rate; eligible Enterprise and Edu usage is charged to workspace credits. GPT-6.1 Sol Ultrafast supports inference residency in the United States and Europe (EEA and Switzerland). This materially expands the September 29 Ultrafast entry, which covered GPT-6 Astra and Pro 500.
